Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth—whether in-person or over the phone. Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups using our dental software. Handle patient check-ins/check-outs and collect co-pays or balances. Coordinate insurance verifications and authorizations. Support a smooth flow between front office and clinical team. Be a reassuring and friendly first point of contact for nervous little ones and their parents. Other assigned tasked by management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office (pediatric experience a plus!) Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficiency with dental practice software (we’ll train the right candidate) A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine love for working with children
