Master of Social Work (MSW) – Adult Intensive Outpatient Manager Three Rivers Behavioral Health 4043 Irene Street, West Mifflin, PA 15122 Job Summary Come join our Brand New Behavioral Health facility! The IOP Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the Outpatient operations within our brand new psychiatric healthcare facility. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in clinical management, inpatient, outpatient, and residential patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while adhering to established protocols and standards. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, a thorough understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to manage multiple shifts effectively. Duties Oversee and manage all IOP/PHP services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Conduct regular documentation reviews to maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support in patient monitoring and care delivery. Implement effective strategies to optimize staffing levels and enhance patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in clinical operations and patient outcomes. Ensure that all clinical systems are functioning effectively to support quality patient care. Experience Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably within a healthcare or hospice setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is essential. Demonstrated ability in supervising staff and managing diverse teams effectively. Experience with documentation review processes and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead discussions and present information clearly. A commitment to providing compassionate patient care while maintaining operational efficiency. Masters Degree in Social Work required. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about improving patient outcomes through effective leadership and clinical excellence.

$70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
