Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has an outstanding opening for a Regional Clinical Manager who manages the patient programming and staff for our outpatient centers in East Liberty and Greensburg, PA. This role may take on an additional center as the company expands. In addition, you will supervise the work of the Therapists, Administrative Support Coordinators, Interns, and Volunteers. Supervision for licensure is available for eligible employees. Payment for license application or renewal. Responsibilities Supervises and administers the outpatient treatment program for multiple Gateway Outpatient sites. Provides for the proper supervision of the clinical staff, including regular individual and group supervision, case consultations, and treatment plan updates. Conducts, at a minimum, two team meetings monthly. Monitors census, staffing patterns and productivity. Supervises the development, coordination, and implementation of therapeutic and related activities, including Twelve Step Facilitation (TSF) and other evidence-based practices. Coordinates and consults with medical professionals regarding the care and treatment of patients. Assures that program clinical records are up to date and in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations through regular audits. Maintains working knowledge of and assures programs are following regulatory, licensing, and payor standards. Ensures facility is staffed adequately during treatment hours and completes monthly staffing schedules. Intervenes as needed between staff and/or patient concerns or issues. Works closely with the Regional Executive Director and upper management regarding budgeting, financials, programming, etc. Monitors monthly financials in relation to the budget. Conducts employee performance evaluations. Conducts disciplinary action on staff as needed. Reviews and approves staff timecards on a weekly basis. Acts as a liaison between upper management and staff, as well as between departments. Conducts interviews for open positions. Serves on Gateway committees as assigned. Attends mandatory GRC trainings and in-services. Additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good leadership skills and an ability to create a positive work environment. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in field that meets Pennsylvania Department of Health staffing qualification regulations. Appropriate certification from the Pennsylvania Certification Board required in addition to master’s degree if degree held does not meet Department of Health staffing qualification regulations. Two years clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes one year working directly with chemically dependent persons. Preferred Requirements Supervisory experience. License of LCSW or LPC. Additional Requirements Pass PA Criminal Background Check. Obtain Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances. Pass Drug Screen. TB Test. Work Conditions Substance Abuse Disorder Rehabilitation Center. Favorable working conditions. Minimal physical demands. Significant mental demands associated with staff and patient management.
