Client Coordinator for Outpatient Services 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Rochester, PA 15074 • Hybrid work The Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit (BVIU) serves as the administrative hub for a network of educational services designed to support the school districts within Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The BVIU plays a vital role in providing innovative educational resources and services that enhance student learning and achievement. The BVIU is seeking candidates to fill a Client Coordinator for Outpatient Services position at the Hopeful Minds Wellness Center. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining patient records, ensuring confidentiality and complying with regulatory standards as outlined in Title 55 Chapter 5200. They will also compose correspondence, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service to current and potential clients. Handle and manage input of data for various bargaining unit budgets. Maintain personnel files. Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards. Greet patients, visitors, and staff courteously and professionall Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients, providers, and external parties promptly and professionally. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Provide friendly and prompt customer service. Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, social workers, schools, and other stakeholders to assist with care and support client goals. Maintain ethical standards of practice and follow all local, state, and federal laws. Perform other related duties as directed by the Director of Special Education and/or the Executive Director of the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit.
Qualifications Include:
High School diploma or equivalent, required. 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, scheduler, or related field, preferred. Effective communication and customer service skills required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance in a healthcare setting, required. Valid Driver’s License required. Ability to provide clearances as required by the State Departments in
