Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our REST for Women’s clinical team located in Ohioville, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization where your leadership will directly impact the lives of women working to overcome substance use disorders in a supportive, healing environment. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong team leadership skills, and a deep commitment to empowering individuals through recovery. Responsibilities Supervises and administers the treatment program for Gateway’s adult residential inpatient facility. Provides supervision of the clinical staff, including regular individual and group supervision, case consultations and treatment plan updates. Monitors staffing patterns and productivity. Supervises the development, coordination, and implementation of therapeutic and related activities, including Twelve Step Facilitation (TSF) and other evidence-based practices. Assures that clinical records are up to date and in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations through regular audits. Maintains working knowledge of and assures programs follow regulatory and licensing standards. Ensures facility is staffed adequately daily and completes monthly staffing schedules. Works closely with Program Director and upper management regarding budgeting, financials, programming, etc. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Knowledge of Substance Use Disorders and Evidence-based treatment methods. Strong Leadership and Team Management skills. Ability to create a positive work environment. Ability to manage crisis, make decisions, and make sound clinical judgements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
Master’s degree in field that meets Pennsylvania Department of Health staffing qualification regulations required. License or certification from the Pennsylvania Certification Board eligible. Two years clinical experience in a health or human service agency, including one year working directly with chemically dependent persons. Supervisory experience is a must.
