Regional Clinical Director Duties and Responsibilities:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Regional Clinical Director is responsible to: Oversees clinical operations to ensure quality, compliance, and evidence-based practices. Supervises, trains, and supports clinical staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Manages client care, including assessments, treatment planning, and caregiver training. Maintains communication with families, staff, and external stakeholders. Supports organizational growth, audits, and achievement of company goals. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Regional Clinical Director Skills and Qualifications:
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of State. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experienced in ABA treatment planning, supervision, and clinical leadership, with a focus on high-quality care and continuous improvement. Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and external stakeholders. Able to lead and manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
