Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Director to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clinical programs. As our Clinical Director, you will have the unique opportunity to: Design and implement innovative clinical programming Build and lead a team of dedicated clinical professionals Shape organizational culture and clinical best practices Grow professionally alongside our expanding organization Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership Oversee all clinical operations and ensure adherence to evidence-based treatment modalities Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical protocols and procedures Maintain compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies Conduct regular clinical assessments and program evaluations Team Management & Development Recruit, hire, and supervise clinical staff including therapists, counselors, and support personnel Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment that promotes professional growth Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary Program Development Design and launch new clinical services and treatment modalities Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and service expansion Stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into programming Develop partnerships with community resources and referral sources Quality Assurance Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure proper documentation and maintain clinical records standards Coordinate with quality assurance and compliance teams Lead clinical team meetings and case consultations Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Current state licensure as a clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment practices Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in program development and implementation Familiarity with electronic health records systems Previous experience in a startup or rapidly growing organization Additional certifications or specialized training in relevant treatment modalities What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Thrives in hands-on environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
