Interim Market Director of Case Management Needed in Johnstown, PA! The Position An Interim Market Director of Case Management is needed to lead care coordination, utilization review, and case management initiatives across a multi-hospital system.
Reporting to the Market CFO, this leader will oversee teams across four hospitals.
Key responsibilities include driving immediate improvements in care progression, discharge planning, denials management, and length of stay metrics while fostering a collaborative, patient-focused culture.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in case management leadership, care progression, and utilization management, with a strong focus on performance improvement and financial acumen. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required.
Active RN required; CCM or ACM certification preferred.

Compensation Details Compensation Range:

$165,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
