Administrative Operations Lead – Healthcare Services Confidential State College, PA 16801 Administrative Operations Lead –

Healthcare Services Schedule:

Four-day workweek (Set schedule, no evenings or weekends)

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage all non-clinical functions of the facility to ensure efficiency and smooth execution of daily operations Supervise scheduling systems and ensure optimized provider availability Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development efforts for administrative and support teams Track and report key performance metrics including financial performance, staffing levels, and service output Maintain compliance standards in areas such as documentation accuracy, safety protocols, and data privacy Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that improve patient experience and business outcomes Act as point of escalation for operational concerns, resolving matters with professionalism and urgency Support outreach and local engagement strategies to encourage community visibility and growth

Preferred Experience & Skills:

5+ years managing operational functions within a clinical or healthcare-adjacent environment Proven leadership track record with cross-functional team oversight Financial literacy and experience with budget management, reporting, and cost control Familiarity with digital systems for scheduling, billing, and records management Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure without sacrificing quality or care standards

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per hour
