We are currently hiring a Lead Day Cleaner to join our team at a local hospital facility . This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, a great team environment, and excellent benefits.

Position Summary:

As the Lead Day Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that the hospital’s parking areas and surrounding exterior remain clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll be responsible for overseeing cleanliness standards and helping maintain the appearance and safety of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Empty trash cans on all levels of the parking garage Remove debris from parking spaces, walkways, and outdoor common areas Patrol and clean the walking trail and courtyard around the facility Sweep garage staircases (exterior and interior) Clean and maintain the loading dock and surrounding areas Ensure all equipment is clean and operational Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to management Support a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times

Work Schedule:

Monday

• Friday | 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM Full-time, 8 hours per day

Qualifications:

Experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques (buffing, stripping, waxing) Experience in a hospital or medical facility is highly desirable Basic maintenance or porter background is a plus Familiarity with residential painting is helpful Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Must have reliable transportation Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Us?
