Role:

As a Clinical Supervisor , you will lead the way, offering support and guidance to therapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality treatment and compliance with mental health and SUD regulations. You will also promote the importance of self-care among the team. while prompting self-care.

What You’ll Do:

Supervision and Administration Create a safe environment that promotes trauma informed care and growth and change. Provide quality trauma responsive, evidence-based supervision to identified team member(s) based on program expectations and requirements. Document all supervisions in designated electronic format. Provide weekly individual/group supervision to promote growth and change through various types of assessment including in-person observations, video or audio tape review, and service reviews. Promote growth and change with existing, new or specialty services to establish and Deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally respectful therapy to individuals and families. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in accordance with program timelines and best practices. Collaborate with clients and families on treatment goals, discharge planning, and aftercare. Coordinate care with internal team members, external providers, schools, and natural supports. Adhere to agency philosophy, state regulations, and funding requirements. Utilize evidence-based practices and outcome measures to monitor progress and determine level of care. Foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive therapeutic environment. Engage in ongoing professional development, required trainings, and clinical supervision. Meet a productivity requirement of 24 billable hours per 40-hour workweek. Direct Treatment and Support Support timely facilitation of intake and evaluation appointments for new consumers. Provide consistent, high-quality recovery-oriented and individualized treatment in keeping with agency philosophy and best practices. Promote a physically and emotionally safe, welcoming therapeutic environment. Develop individualized, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented treatment plans with individuals according to program timelines. Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals and families that are culturally respectful to individual strengths, ideas, and choices. Utilize evidence-based practices and outcome measurements to assess level of care, and growth and change throughout treatment. Develop individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans with Individuals that promotes overall physical and behavioral health well-being. Collaborate with Individuals on goals for discharge and aftercare planning to support ongoing growth and change. Training Participate in professional growth and development opportunities as presented to enhance clinical and supervisory skills. Ensure assigned staff complete all training requirements for the position. Provide new hire orientation and other identified trainings to staff to assist with growth and change. Recommend therapists to attend training based upon needs assessments and shared decision-making with the therapist. Collaboration, Communication, and Coordination Be socially responsible to assist and provide clinical or other coverage as needed. Be available to staff as needed for collaboration, emergency office coverage and any other clinical need expected in this role. Openly communicate and coordinate with staff, other CenClear programs, and outside agencies to aid individuals with their recovery and document contact in EHR. Openly communicate essential program information and provide opportunities for staff input to further growth and change. Act as communication liaison between therapists and administrative team. Promote CenClear’s philosophy, procedures, policies, and regulations clearly and concisely in a safe and positive manner.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s Degree with a clinical practicum in a generally recognized discipline including, but not limited to, psychiatry, counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or rehabilitation or activity therapies who have mental health clinical experience (Section § 5200.3. Definitions); or A Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or the human services) or other related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of working directly with the chemically dependent (28 Pa. Code § 704.6). Must have and maintain Act 33, Act 34, FBI Clearances and Mandated Reporting Training (3 hours) Certificate. Licensed eligible preferred
