The Clinical Supervisor isresponsible for ensuring that mental health and support servicesare delivered with the highest standards of care. This roleprovides clinical oversight, supervises unlicensed staff, ensuresdocumentation and billing compliance, and supports professionaldevelopment through training and quality assurance. As a ClinicalSupervisor, your responsibilities will include, but not be limitedto: Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) forunlicensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Clinical Social Workers,and Psychologists. Supervise support services staff through regulargroup and individual sessions. Review client case records forquality, completeness, and appropriate use of therapeuticinterventions. Evaluate and apply current mental health treatmenttheories and practices in a clinical setting. Offer crisisintervention support, supervision, and consultation to clinical andcase management staff. Ensure documentation is accurate, objective,and compliant with organizational and funding source requirements.

Collaborate with management on program development and servicedelivery improvements. Conduct mental health assessments as part oftraining for unlicensed therapists. Deliver ongoing training ontopics such as Evidence-Based Practices, documentation standards,and SMART goals. Lead effective case consultations to enhancequality of client care. The ideal candidate for the ClinicalSupervisor role should have the following qualifications: Master’sor Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or arelated field from an accredited institution Active clinicallicense (LCSW, LMFT, Psy.

D., or Ph.D.) in good standing for atleast one year Minimum of three years of experience providingdirect mental health services in inpatient or outpatient settingsStrong knowledge of current counseling theories, treatmentmodalities, and the Shared Core Practice Model Familiarity withchild abuse prevention, education, and treatment practices Solidunderstanding of human development, with a focus on children,adolescents, and families Demonstrated ability to engageeffectively with diverse populations across cultural,socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds Skilled in presentinginformation in both formal presentations and informal settingsProven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary teamenvironment Experience with administering progressive disciplinewhen necessary Capable of facilitating regular staff meetings withboth clinical and non-clinical team members This role offers aunique opportunity to leverage your clinical skills within acorporate setting, making a meaningful impact on the mental healthand well-being of our employees.
