Role:

As a Patient Care Coordinator , you’ll be a vital part of our front office team, serving as the first point of contact for patients in our holistic care model. This role goes beyond administrative support-it’s about building trust, providing seamless service, and creating a welcoming experience in a healthcare setting that feels more like a concierge practice. Your responsibilities will include engaging with patients in person, over the phone, and online, managing check-in/check-out procedures, handling payments, updating patient records, and coordinating with providers to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery.

Key Duties:

You will provide exceptional service at every touchpoint, from greeting patients and answering inquiries to coordinating appointments and assisting with issue resolution. You’ll follow established protocols for intake and scheduling, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to support patient needs. Your input will also help identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for strong communicators who are organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused. You should be comfortable navigating a busy front office and be proactive in solving problems. Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus, especially if you’re familiar with functional medicine principles. High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred At least 2 years of customer or patient service experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in a medical provider environment preferred Familiarity with functional medicine is a bonus Why Join Us?
