Clinical Director AspenGold Behavioral Health, LLC Harveys Lake, PA 18618 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare management and medical practices. The Clinical Director will ensure compliance with IBHS standards, manage clinical staff, and enhance the quality of client and family care. Responsibilities Lead and manage all clinical operations within the facility, ensuring high standards of patient care. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated patient care and operational efficiency. Monitor compliance with IBHS standards and prepare for routine internal audits. Analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery client outcomes and employee training opportunities. Provide guidance and support to clinical staff in managing complex cases. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and professional development initiatives. Requirements Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis required, BCBA-D Prefered. Proven experience in ABA service delivery in multiple settings including Home, Community, School and Clinic. Strong knowledge of IBHS and NEPA Commercial and Medicaid Insurance Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing high-quality client care and improving clinical outcomes.

$75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
