This role is in-person at the office at least 4 days/week. Earn $26.52/hr.! Position Details The Clinical Support II plays a key role in supporting both clinical and operational functions under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, through supporting program quality goals and clinical data management. This candidate is responsible for managing their client caseload as well as supporting the clinical team in monitoring treatment planning, discharges, transfer paperwork and annual training requirements. This candidate also maintains the client-therapist waitlist as well as supports the clinical coordinator in intake scheduling and paperwork. Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Master’s degree in a human service-related field, such as social work, clinical counseling, psychology is required. Completion of a 1-year clinical internship that can be verified with transcripts is required. Competencies in technology are required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, AI technology, and utilizing an electronic health record. Two years mental health clinical experience is preferred. This position requires the ability to multi-task clinical, operational, and some managerial responsibilities supporting the clinic, clinical supervisor, and Clinical and Operational Directors. Candidate will maintain a small caseload of client, with a minimal billable requirement of 10 hours weekly.
