As a Director of Strategic Accounts with Tri-anim HealthServices, you will lead our efforts in developing and executingcomplex sales strategies tailored to the Top Integrated DeliveryNetworks (IDNs) for Tri-anims Northeast Region. Tri-anim HealthServices, a division of Sarnova, is the leading national specialtydistributor of products in Acute Respiratory Markets. This is a100% remote opportunity that requires residency in the Northeasternpart of the U.S. with easy access to a national airport. Travel isexpected to be between 50-80%. The Director of Strategic Accountsfocuses on representing the value of Tri-anim through targetedHealth Systems programs designed to meet the unique needs of bothClinician and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for cultivatingand maintaining executive-level relationships with keydecision-makers, including the C-suite, within strategic accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement tailored strategies and business plans toachieve sales targets and expand market presence within assignedstrategic account
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams,including Region Sales Directors, Territory Account Managers, andClinical Specialists, to achieve sales objectives

  • Expand businesswith existing customers by introducing new products and services
  • Deliver strategic business presentations and quarterly businessreviews
  • Articulate the Tri-anim Advantage in a compelling mannerto drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Analyze markettrends, sales data, and customer needs to identify opportunitiesfor growth
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals toclients Customer Relationships
  • Establish and nurtureexecutive-level relationships with key cross functionaldecision-makers in each strategic account
  • Develop and maintainstrong relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders,including healthcare providers and decision-makers
  • Serve as theprimary point of contact for negotiations, sales calls, and thepresentation of pricing and clinical strategies ResourceUtilization
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance,Product Marketing, New Product Development, Clinical Specialists,Contract Administration, and Legal) to develop and execute accountstrategies
  • Understand and effectively communicate the featuresand benefits of Tri-anim’s products and services, includingrespiratory, anesthesia, and critical care supplies
  • Presentpricing and clinical strategies to the pricing committee forapproval
  • Build and develop strategic programs to drive valuewithin assigned accounts Performance Monitoring
  • Conduct quarterlybusiness reviews for each strategic account, identifying andresolving any customer issues
  • Maintain comprehensive customerrecords and track account performance. Sales Administration
  • Manage CRM system records, prepare sales reports, completenecessary paperwork, and contribute to special projects as needed
Skills/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales,Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accreditedinstitution or equivalent experience. Advanced degree a plus butnot required
  • 10 years of B2B sales experience in the medicaldevice industry selling to acute facilities preferred
  • Network ofestablished contacts within the healthcare industry/health systemsdesired
  • People leadership experience desired but not required
  • Proven experience in selling to executive-level stakeholders withstrong communication and negotiation skills
