Responsibilities:
The Patient Access Coordinator will oversee, monitor, mentor, coach and assist staff working in assigned Patient Access areas. The coordinator will support staff with daily operational issues, including patient registration, insurance requirements, medical necessity, outpatient scheduling and customer service. This position will ensure adequate coverage as needed for staff vacancies, volume fluctuations, and workflow changes, etc. Full Time Position Monday•Friday, 7:30am•4pm or 8am4:30pm, No Weekends or Holidays are required #
POTTS Qualifications:
Education Requirements 2 years/associate degree•OR•combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of associate degree Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
