POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for managing our Mcmurray location to support our team members in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Clinic Manager ensures that overall operations are executed including, sales, client care and outstanding customer service. Our philosophy for success is in building a relationship with each client while understanding their unique needs and wants to customize each treatment plan to meet and exceed expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Must be able to work on-site at clinic location 2. Manage day to day operation of the clinic, including manging schedules, staff and customer/patient care, 3. Development of performance targets and analysis of monthly and yearly goals and strategy to increase client retention and satisfaction. 4. Assist the marketing position in developing and executing marketing strategies focused on achieving financial goals, client acquisition and referrals. 5. Need to effectively deal with conflict management (both with staff and clients) and resolution. 6. Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (sales, profits, expenses, retention, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, deficiencies. 7. Model the clinic brand, and its values, while always maintaining a professional image. 8. Ensure all paperwork, client forms, consents, etc. are completed properly and for all clients. 9. Track and mange supplies/inventory monthly. 10. Ensure scheduling to maximize productivity & the scheduled time of the providers. 11. Can perform additional duties as assigned. 17. Available to be on-call to answer text, emails & SM messages during closed hours 18. Plans for and uses resources efficiently, always looks for ways to reduce costs, creates accurate and realistic budgets, tracks and adjusts budgets, contributes to budget planning. 19. IT and software experience is an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum of 1-2 years in management experience in either the med spa, medical or hospitality industry.
- Must be used to a face paced environment, adaptable and has a proactive approach.
2. Knowledge of spa products, medical cosmetic procedures, and inventory management would be an asset. 3. Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service 4. Some flexibility in work schedule is required, such as weekends and evenings as needed 5. Business or management related degree would be an asset 6. Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets 7. Excellent technical/computer/social media skills 8. Ability to create and implement such documents as staff schedules, operating procedures, and best practice processes. 9. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. 10. Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem-solving skills. 11. Experience using Zenoti software is an asset 12. Experience and knowledge of HIPAA regulations 13. Must live within close driving distance to the clinic
