The HBTS Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The HBTS Clinical Supervisor is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The HBTS Clinical Supervisor will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients. A true

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions. Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Effective written and verbal communication skills A compassionate approach to care
