Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Manage check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and care Schedule and confirm appointments Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing questions Maintain organized patient records and assist with office flow Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pediatric environment A positive attitude and team-first mindset
