Role Description
The Global Program Manager for Hospitality Sales is the right hand of the GVP, Hospitality Sales Center of Excellence. This person will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions. This role will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring alignment of global programs with organizational goals, and facilitating seamless execution of key projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, global initiatives in a fast-paced environment. They are an active member of the COE executive team, driving strategy, and working with internal leaders and external customers to grow the business. They have excellent executive presence and stay calm under pressure, especially in tough customer conversations.
Job Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and execute the strategy of the Hospitality Sales organization, managing ongoing and new programs to drive sales growth
  • Partner closely with Hospitality stakeholder community to drive consistent culture and org-wide deliverables
  • Represent the GVP as needed in All-Hands, Customer Meetings and Leadership calls across Oracle
  • Drive critical executive programs, initiatives, and organizational strategies to transform, scale and align the organization with a cohesive plan (collaborate to design, implement, manage the matrix, collaboration across Oracle)
  • Apply activation energy to brand-new programs. Quickly figure out what needs to be done, put frameworks in place, and kick-off programs to set up teams for success
  • Prepare content, coordinating public communications, drafting communication and alignment with key internal and external partners
  • Support integration across teams to ensure touchpoints are identified and coordination of work and initiatives
  • Provide a unified approach to helping the organization deliver against the organization’s vision and strategy using standard tool, templates and processes
  • Drive analytical decision making across programs and initiatives leveraging all available data, and related Business Analytics tools
    Required Skills/Experience

    We are looking for Candidates with the following
Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executives across different functions
  • 5+ years managing growth programs and sales initiatives
  • Understanding of cloud-based sales approaches and opportunities
  • Experience providing templates and re-usable artifacts that help large organizations scale
  • Passion for using data to solve technical and business challenges and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done
  • Ability to synthesize complex elements into crisp and robust stories for audiences of variable technical levels
  • Strong organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Escalation Management and recommend further improvements
  • Align the company’s general business targets with the objectives and outcomes
  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Experience in Cloud sales a plus

US:

Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
