Position Overview We are looking for a Clinic Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. What You’ll Do:
Manage all front-desk operations including patient check-in, scheduling, and appointment confirmations Handle patient communications via phone and text—answering questions, explaining services, and delivering top-tier customer service Take and process all patient payments, and monitor membership billing and recurring revenue Maintain a high level of organization with patient records, daily tasks, and operational processes Support the clinical team by coordinating care flow and ensuring efficient handoffs Assist with social media content and marketing strategies to promote services Represent the clinic in the community through grassroots marketing and outreach efforts Foster a welcoming, professional, and respectful atmosphere for every patient interaction
