Position Overview We are looking for a Clinic Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This key role supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic, provides an outstanding patient experience, and helps drive growth through strong organizational skills, customer service, and active marketing efforts. Ideal candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and motivated to be part of a growing brand in men’s health.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all front-desk operations including patient check-in, scheduling, and appointment confirmations Handle patient communications via phone and text—answering questions, explaining services, and delivering top-tier customer service Take and process all patient payments, and monitor membership billing and recurring revenue Maintain a high level of organization with patient records, daily tasks, and operational processes Support the clinical team by coordinating care flow and ensuring efficient handoffs Assist with social media content and marketing strategies to promote services Represent the clinic in the community through grassroots marketing and outreach efforts Foster a welcoming, professional, and respectful atmosphere for every patient interaction

Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personality Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in customer service, healthcare admin, or similar client-facing roles Confident with technology, scheduling software, and payment systems Highly organized and self-motivated with a team-player mindset Willingness to actively market the clinic through both digital and in-person channels College degree preferred but not required
