We are currently seeking an experienced Clinic Success Manager, (CSM) to lead our team. Charleston Plastic Surgery is one of the oldest plastic surgery practices in South Carolina, offering patients a full range of cosmetic surgery services. Our fellowship-trained surgeons lead the way in progressive techniques for facial, breast, and body rejuvenation as well as offering injectables including neurotoxins, fillers, and a variety of aesthetic service options. We are an eclectic team inspired by intellectual curiosity and a passion for exceptional patient care. As the CSM for Charleston Plastic Surgery, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our primary location as well as our satellite clinic locations. Relationship building ability and a strong value for a collaborative work environment are necessary. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years’ previous experience as a manager in a professional setting. Previous experience in a cosmetic surgery practice is helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, stellar organizational skills, and strong communication skills. Must have a professional image and attitude.
