With a team of 10 providers, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management, ensuring our clinical staff consistently delivers exceptional patient care. The Clinical Supervisor will play a vital role in fostering a positive and efficient work environment while expertly managing the administrative aspects of our clinical operations. Duties Supervise and manage clinical staff across all four locations, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care and consistent practice standards. Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and dermatology-specific standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing training and development for clinical staff to enhance their skills and growth. Manage budgetary constraints and participate in fiscal management to ensure efficient operation across all facilities. Collaborate with other departments and location managers to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Utilize electronic health record systems, particularly Modernizing Medicine, for effective patient management and clinical documentation. Address any issues related to medical office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all sites. Monitor patient flow and optimize scheduling processes within the practice to maximize provider efficiency and patient access. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting, ideally within a multi-location practice or specialty. Direct patient care experience in a clinical setting is required. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Modernizing Medicine. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively across multiple locations. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
