Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Licensure, Registry &/or Certifications) Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field with five (5) years progressive Service Now experience or Bachelor’s degree with seven (7) years of progressive Service Now experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
ITIL Foundations certification or higher must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required: client relations and relationship building, fact finding with process documentation, written and verbal communications based on audience.
