A HEALTHCARE MARKETING MANAGER
is responsible for setting, implementing, measuring, and innovating Healthcare Practice’s strategic marketing. We’re looking for a problem solver with a can-do and a not-afraid-to-try attitude to pioneer 21st century marketing for our practice. Our in-house marketing team takes a creative agency approach leveraging the experience, motivation, and talent of our group in print and digital marketing for creative excellence and fast-paced production. The perfect individual is an experienced, highly motivated, and multi-talented creative skilled in digital marketing media and strategy with a passion for brand, graphics, and storytelling. You will join a fast-paced team of interdisciplinary marketing and communication professionals including designers, creators, and marketing specialists. You will focus on the Healthcare practice area, working alongside the Healthcare Practice Leader. You will be a part of high-level marketing strategy for your practice area, driving content creation, managing proposal and interview marketing strategy, and finding external opportunities to promote and share your team’s knowledge and expertise. Additionally, the agency model allows you the ability to flex into additional areas of interest, including video, social media, podcasting, research, and web design – while enjoying the flexibility to work in the office and remotely.
What you will do:
Lead Healthcare Marketing Strategy:
Define, represent, and communicate marketing strategy and roadmap to all stakeholders. Create visibility and alignment across the company about what the practice priorities, services and unique selling proposition are. Author an annual Practice Marketing Plan, outlining the marketing goals, strategies, tactics, and budgets for the upcoming financial year. Develop key metrics to track and measure marketing effectiveness and impact. Lead research efforts to identify market opportunities and trends, competition analysis, and client growth Create a monthly report outlining Healthcare marketing progress, and summarize recommendations on strategies and tactics to revise, reconsider, remove or add.
Drive Healthcare Inbound Marketing:
Define inbound marketing funnel for the Healthcare practice. Facilitate and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, downloadable reports, webinars, podcasts, etc) Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, email, digital advertisements, conferences, and events to drive inbound lead acquisition. Lead the Healthcare brand, messaging and content on LS3P’s website. Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas.
Drive Healthcare Outbound Marketing:
Facilitate the Go/No-Go process, in conjunction with Practice Leader and BD team Lead RFP/Q responses with support of marketing specialists; lead overall branding, messaging, and market positioning; coordinate internal and external stakeholders; identify and coordinate key milestones; identify and coordinate key tasks for internal team members to complete; lead and mentor marketing specialists. Lead interview presentations with support of marketing specialists; lead overall branding, messaging, and market positioning; coordinate internal and external stakeholders; identify and coordinate key milestones; identify and coordinate key tasks for internal team members to complete; lead and mentor marketing specialists. Advance LS3
P Marketing Best Practices:
Participate in the agency’s subteams that specialize in different digital marketing areas, including video, social media, public relations, podcasting, strategy, and website design. Assist other marketing team members with tasks as needed. Ours is a close-knit team and it’s important to be a team player and communicate regularly and often. Advocate and maintain the integrity of the LS3P Vision, Mission, and Values throughout all of the above.
Marketing Manager Requirements:
BS, BA or BFA in Communications, Marketing, Graphics, or an equivalent field of study preferred (experience also considered) Strong proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro and After Effects; WordPress a plus Ability to manage multiple deadlines at a given time 5+ years of A/E/C industry, healthcare, or creative agency experience Life at LS3P Together, we are building the skylines of the Southeast.
