Job Summary/Purpose:
The Hospital Supervisor reports to the Director of Patient Logistics. Minimum Training, Education, Licensure/Certifications:
BSN required and completion of MSN or graduate degree in related field within 2- years. A minimum of 5 years of nursing work experience required (three years of nursing experience and two years of supervisory experience).
Certification in nursing leadership within one year of eligibility strongly encouraged. Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
