Job Overview:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming patients to our office, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Your role will involve working closely with the patient to deliver high-quality care.

Duties:

Greet and assist patients in the dental office Acquire X-rays Chart Existing Discuss treatment Coordinate treatment plans and discuss finances with patients Schedule treatments and appointments efficiently Collaborate with front office and clinical staff for seamless patient care Utilize Open Dental Software Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations in the dental/medical office environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental is preferred Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Proficiency in dental scheduling and phone systems Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is required
