Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Rock Hill, SC location. This leadership role requires a professional with a strong background in psychology, business, or a related field, who can effectively manage staff, client services, compliance, and financial oversight while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field. Experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or management preferred. Strong knowledge of Medicaid, insurance processes, and compliance regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Medicaid/Insurance and Client Oversight Conduct Medicaid and insurance eligibility checks. Manage master caseloads and trackers. Oversee client services and staff scheduling. Operations and Compliance Conduct DHEC and basic building maintenance checks. Ensure office cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols. Manage fire extinguisher checks, fire drills, and business licensing. Oversee adherence to RBHS manuals and CARF standards. Ensure proper manual modifiers for services and timely uploads to EHR. Financials, HR, and Utilization Monitor EBITDA and track utilization of units in EHR. Oversee branch budgeting and productivity metrics. Manage office supply orders and ensure cost-effective operations. Build and maintain community partnerships. Support HR functions, including approving time-off requests and ensuring office coverage.
