Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement catering services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue. Maintain high standards of customer service by fostering a positive dining atmosphere. Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff to build a strong team. Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality culinary offerings. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Prepare reports on operational performance and implement strategies for improvement.
