Administrative Coordinator I #005 (Adult Clinic Services) State of South Carolina – 2.9 Columbia, SC Job Details Full-time $38,985 a year 2 days ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Public Administration Bachelor’s degree Business management Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description JOB This position is located at Department of Mental Health/Columbia Area Mental Health Center, Adult Clinic Services (ACS), CAMHC #005.Under general supervision, provides support to ACS therapists and medical providers through the act of re-engaging of non-compliant patients into treatment via telephone, letter, or face-to-face contact.
Provides supervision and evaluates administrative support staff and oversight of engagement specialist. Document services provided and maintain patients’ medical records according to CAMHC, Medicaid, Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance, and CARD standards. Participates in team meetings with clinical staff, providing assistance with managing treatment team log, meeting minutes, and outcome notes.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES A
high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
