Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director for our Sleep Clinic within our ENT private practice. The Director will oversee all clinical and administrative aspects of the Sleep Clinic, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and high-quality sleep medicine services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sleep medicine, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for the Sleep Clinic, aligning with the overall goals of the ENT practice. Oversee the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia, and other related conditions. Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care. Collaborate with ENT physicians, sleep technologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including sleep technologists and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. Manage the clinic’s daily operations, including patient scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, including standards for sleep study laboratories. Lead the development and expansion of sleep services, including new diagnostic and treatment modalities. Conduct and oversee sleep studies and interpret polysomnography results. Maintain and update patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Develop and manage the clinic’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and financial sustainability. Promote patient education and outreach, increasing awareness of sleep disorders and available treatments. Stay current with advancements in sleep medicine, incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice. Participate in clinical research and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Active and unrestricted state medical license. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in sleep medicine. Prior experience in a supervisory, team lead, or assistant leadership capacity preferred. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and operational processes within a sleep clinic or sleep lab setting. Demonstrated ability to support and coordinate clinical operations in collaboration with clinic leadership. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and sleep lab accreditation requirements (e.g., AASM). Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care and quality improvement initiatives.
