What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing and supervisingpersonalized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Conducting thorough assessments and providing ongoing reassessmentsto ensure the best outcomes. Mentoring and coaching RBTs, fosteringa supportive and educational environment. Engaging in continuousprofessional development through CEU trainings, internalconferences, and research opportunities.

Qualifications:
