Responsibilities:
Innovative Clinical Leadership:
Spearhead cutting-edge treatmentprograms for adoptive families using the Calo CASA Model and EmbarkTreatment Approach (ETA), delivering compassionate, client-centeredcare with measurable outcomes.
Dynamic Team Development:
Cultivate a high-performing team oftherapists through strategic recruitment, mentorship, andcontinuous professional development, fostering a culture ofexcellence and innovation-driven care.
Rigorous Compliance and Safety:
Champion regulatory compliance,establish and maintain robust policies, and conduct regular safetyaudits to ensure a secure, state-of-the-art therapeuticenvironment.
Data-Driven Outcomes Management:
Implement a comprehensive qualityimprovement program to boost program completion rates and reduceunplanned discharges, enhancing client success.
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead impactful family-focusedevents and nurture community partnerships, enhancing programvisibility and client trust.
Resourceful Budget Management:
Optimize clinical training budgets,aligning resources to enhance client care and family engagementwhile achieving organizational goals.
Proactive Crisis Management:
Oversee advanced crisis interventionstrategies, ensuring staff mastery of de-escalation techniques tomaintain a safe, supportive environment.
Qualifications:
Education and Licensure:
Master’s degree in a behavioral science -Social Work, Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Counseling,Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Full Missourilicensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
Experience:
At least two years in a leadership role within atherapeutic or residential setting, with experience intrauma-informed, evidence-based treatment and attachmenttherapies.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills, creativeproblem-solving in treatment planning, and excellent communicationabilities.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Theraplay modalities andexperience with event planning, particularly family-centeredevents.
