Additionally, the lead clinician will provide supervision to Rapid Response clinicians and ensure that the program is administered with quality and efficiency. Ensure strict confidentiality of all client records and sensitive information. Establish and maintain positive, therapeutic relationships with clients. Job Task Summary Supervise Rapid Response clinician and the Rapid Response program. Serve as on-call and back up in providing crisis intervention services 24/7 as requested to foster families in Richland County. Following a rapid response deployment ensure that the Rapid Response clinician is documenting and following up appropriately. Complete Emergency Diagnostic Assessments Ensure that the clinician is providing a Youth Driven AssessmentReport detailing the findings from youth assessment/engagement, summarizing identified needs, strengths, and challenges from the youth’s perspective. Ensure that billing and documentation is up to date and submitted timely. Report out to senior leadership on the Rapid Response program. Participate in implementation calls with SCDSS. Maintain all state, federal, and agency rules and regulations pertaining to confidentiality and ethics. Deliver evidence-based practices with fidelity. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in the Human Services field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology). Licensed in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, etc.) Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred, particularly with children, adolescents, and families. Experience leading and supervising in a clinical setting required. Experience working with Medicaid clients, children in Foster Care or DJJ involved youth is strongly preferred. Proficient in both written and verbal communication. Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening, physical exam, SLED check, DSS Central Registry, and Sex Offender Registry clearance. Alignment with the values and faith practices of the United Methodist Church.
