Tuesday:
9:30 am-10:30 am and 11:00 am-3:30 pm
Wednesday:
7:30am-11:30 am and 2:00pm-6:30pm
Thursday:
2:00pm-6:00pm
Friday:
7:30am-11:00am

Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

Greeting patients warmly, by name, and assisting them with scheduling appointments. Managing the appointment calendar to optimize scheduling efficiency. Confirming appointments via phone calls, emails, or text messages.
Patient Education and Communication :
Providing information to patients about chiropractic treatments, procedures, and services offered by the clinic. Educating patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Explaining office policies, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients.
Administrative Tasks :
Ensuring accurate maintenance of patient records and confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Verifying insurance coverage and processing insurance claims. Handling billing and payments while maintaining clear communication.
Treatment Coordination :
Coordinating patient flow effectively, ensuring seamless transitions between different stages of treatment. Ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and stocked with necessary supplies. Assisting chiropractors with patient intake, assessments, and documenting treatment plans.
Customer Service Excellence :
Providing exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention. Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Following up with patients to ensure they are satisfied with their care and addressing any post-treatment questions or concerns.
Team Collaboration :
Collaborating with chiropractors, chiropractic assistants, and other healthcare professionals within the clinic. Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education to stay informed about clinic policies and procedures. Adherence to

Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining compliance with healthcare privacy and confidentiality standards. Following clinic protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care. Staying updated with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance practices relevant to chiropractic care, effectively communicating changes to patients.
Patient Outreach and Marketing Support :
Assisting with patient outreach efforts, such as promotional activities or community events. Supporting marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Miscellaneous Tasks :
