Patient Care Coordinator Carolina Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine 75 W Wesmark Blvd, Sumter, SC 29150 Company Description The Patient Care Coordinator facilitates the delivery of health care through customer service, administrative tasks, and assisting with patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients & customers, the Patient Care Coordinator is, quite literally, the voice & face of STAR!
