Clinical Lead 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Rock Hill, SC 29730 We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead (MA or Nurse) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and leadership skills to oversee patient care and support the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Promote team attitude and positive atmosphere. Team building and morale boosting. Establish and maintain effective working relationships. Maintain regular communication with immediate supervisor. Open communication with management. Communicate all new policies and procedural changes to team as they pertain. Communicate and problem-solve needs and issues that arise at each regional site. Communicate office policy enhancements/updates/changes and provide training.
