Role:

As a Supervisor Physical Therapist, you’ll treat a diverse patient population while providing leadership and support to our clinical team. You’ll work closely with our management team to ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care in a positive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and balance conditions Supervise and mentor clinical staff including PTs, PTAs, and techs Assist in training new team members Oversee clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and referral sources Support scheduling, workflow, and clinic operations to ensure efficiency Promote a positive clinic culture focused on outcomes and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

Physical Therapy degree Active TN Physical Therapy license Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred , outpatient setting optimal Prior leadership or supervisory experience a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for patient-centered care and professional growth
