JOB SUMMARY
Clinic manager of Blount Memorial Physicians Group oversees clinical operations and functions for a work area specific to physician practice operations. Clinic manager is responsible for allocation of resources to support clinical work-flows and to ensure patients are provided a high-quality service. Clinic Manager reports to Blount Memorial Physicians Group Administrator or to a Senior Clinic Manager when applicable.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Preferred 1-3 years clinical office experience either in a clinical or front office capacityEducation and/or experience:
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the applicable clinical specialty as well as outpatient office workflow and process management. Must have experience dealing with clinical regulations as well as applicable department of labor guidelines.
Skills:
Strong communication skills are imperative. Must also display a strong grasp of clinic operations and daily functions of a clinical practice. Must be reliable and work efficiently and effectively with respective clinicians.
Abilities:
Problem solve and develop processes that improve staff, patient, and clinician daily workflows. Must work well in a team environment and be able to lead by example.
