Director of Health and Wellness MorningView Village Senior Living 2304 East Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville, TN 37804 Job Summary The Health and Wellness Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the health services provided within our organization. This leadership position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing care that ensure optimal resident care and support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation review, and systems related to assisted living. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively coordinate care services while ensuring compliance with assisted living state regulations. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Monitor resident care and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes. Oversee the documentation review process to maintain medical records. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including assisted living state regulations. Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support in delivering high-quality resident care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
