From reviewing treatment plans to explaining insurance benefits and presenting financing options, this position ensures clarity and confidence at every step of the patient’s financial journey. Key Responsibilities Meet with patients post-consultation to review treatment plans, fees, and financial policies Explain insurance benefits and pre-determine eligibility when needed Present and guide patients through available financing options Coordinate surgery scheduling once financial discussions are complete Follow up on unpaid claims and submit additional documentation (e.g., x-rays, primary insurance info) Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances and send collection notices as needed Assist front desk operations and support general patient communication and follow-up Prepare post-operative letters and duplicate x-rays for records Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year in a medical or dental office setting High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Competencies Financial acumen and knowledge of insurance processes Empathy and customer service orientation Effective team collaboration Why Join CSAA?
