Job Description The Clinical Affiliations Manager is a member of the clinical affairs team and is responsible for growth, development and maintenance of clinical sites as well as clinical adjunct faculty/preceptors. This position will include a wide range of responsibilities for the identification, planning, institution, and evaluation of clinical rotations for OMS III and OMS IV students. This position will also provide valuable strategic input to DCOM leadership regarding clinical rotations.
Required Qualifications high school diploma; •five (5) or more years experience in college based medical student education; •familiarity with osteopathic educational vision and community-based hospital systems.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor or Masters degree.

Job Duty promote the mission of division to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large
Job Duty promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students
Job Duty provide support in the strategic planning process and contribute to the development of new strategic initiatives
Job Duty evaluate, analyze and interpret facility and partner needs
Job Duty maximize available resources to meet or exceed strategic goals
Job Duty work collaboratively within the clinical education department
Job Duty work with regional colleagues on activities related to the identification and development of post-graduate training opportunities
Job Duty maintain related to accreditation standard requirements for COCA and SACS for OMS III and OMS IV
Job Duty serve as liaison to site coordinators at clinical training sites
Job Duty target follow up communications with all partners as needed
Job Duty prepare and present monthly reports
Job Duty attend scheduled virtual and in person department meetings
Job Duty participate on University committees
Job Duty perform other duties as assigned.
