We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as an Administrator in Training (AIT) , the first step toward becoming a licensed Nursing Home Administrator!

Nashville, TN What You’ll Do:

As an AIT, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced healthcare leaders, gaining hands-on experience in managing a skilled nursing facility. You’ll rotate through every department, learning the ins and outs of clinical operations, finance, HR, compliance, and resident care — preparing you to become a licensed Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Shadow and support the Licensed Administrator in daily operations Learn regulatory and compliance standards (state and federal) Participate in staffing, budgeting, and care planning Engage with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive environment Build the skills to lead a facility with compassion and integrity

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration or related preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for senior care and making a difference Must meet state-specific AIT program requirements Prior experience in long-term care is a plus , but not required Why Join Us?
