Job Description:

The Clinical Innovation Manager reports to the Vice President, Clinical Innovation and is part of the Clinical team at OneOncology. This individual will play an integral role in supporting the teams’ strategic goal of equipping every provider with the resources, tools and technology to achieve clinical excellence in cancer care. This role will support growth of innovative clinical services/programs through the use of management system tools. This position is available in Nashville, TN or may work remotely if near a major airport.

Responsibilities:

Guide various clinical SMEs in accomplishing organizational priorities through the use of project management, performance improvement, and related tools. Develop framework and process to launch new and innovative Clinical services/programs at OneOncology and partner practices. Work closely with partner practices to accomplish clinical strategic priorities. Use OneOncology’s analytical tools to track, report, and create action plans from key performance indicators. Identify tasks, assign resources, and manage project plans and checklists to successfully complete tasks to meet agreed upon deadlines. Manage multiple technical and operational teams to achieve the necessary program, project or activity plans, and schedules while maintaining within budget and resource guidelines. Provide business analysis and due diligence support on new projects as required. Stay updated on industry best practices, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in project management processes. Provide support and organization to OneCouncil physician board and related committee activities/initiatives. Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Solid knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies Strong organizational skills Ability to present complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences Ability to pick up technology and business workflows quickly Effective communication skills (verbal/written/listening) Must be detail-oriented, own key tasks, handle moderately complex problems, manage multiple projects simultaneously, require minimal direction and be able to work within a team setting.

Qualifications:

Experience in identifying process inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence is highly desirable. 5 years of experience in a similar role with 2+ years of experience in a provider setting required; preferred experience in oncology Project management experience desired Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement experience desired Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working with clinicians strongly preferred. Experience in oncology preferred. Ability to travel up to 20% #LI-AN1 #LI-REMOTE
