Varies based on Primary Role Schedule Position Summary The Cupola Animal Hospital Site Manager, in addition to primary role within the hospital (reception/technician/kennel)• , is expected to oversee operations in the small animal hospital. He/She works with staff to manage the overall flow of hospital. He/She will act as liaison to the upper management team and communicates any needs and concerns as necessary. •Review job description for corresponding primary role (reception/technician/kennel) for additional details.
Essential Functions Leadership :
Ensure staffing meets the needs of the schedule Provide conflict management and consult management when necessary Hold weekly staff meetings/trainings in partnership with leadership Assist HR in conducting staff performance evaluations
Inventory :
Maintain inventory process to include ordering, receiving, invoicing Support quarterly physical inventory counts
Operations:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for reception and customer service Hold responsibility for cash box reconciliation Responsible for weekly bank runs •Must be willing to support and perform other duties as assigned. Performing essential functions means – at a minimum – being able to perform the above tasks as well as the Specific Exertional/Physical Requirements below. Specific Exertional and Physical Requirements for the position include the following: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50-75% of the time The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the hospital to support doctors, patients, clients, and other team members Constantly positions self to access files, computers, animals, and other essential functions of the hospital Must be able to lift to 50lbs occasionally Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularly Experience Preferred Leadership Customer Service Animal handling in a clinical setting By signing this document, you acknowledge that you accept the responsibilities expected of this position and are physically capable of performing such duties.
