Nashville, TN Lead with impact in Imaging Services. We are hiring a Director of Clinical Operations – Imaging to oversee and optimize the delivery of imaging services across Saint Thomas Midtown. Responsibilities Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies. Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Model leadership and teaming excellence by providing appropriate advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness. Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans. Coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements. Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain quality control programs, and improve departmental operations. Direct staff. Manages departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction. Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department.

Requirements Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
