The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective management of front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in customer service and food preparation. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve service quality. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings and increase customer engagement. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Proficient in shift management and kitchen management practices. Knowledge of training development techniques to foster staff growth. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with food service operations including catering services is a plus.
