The Medical Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing person centered care processes, coordinating medical services, and ensuring seamless communication between person centered and healthcare providers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care. Responsibilities Coordinate person centered appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up. Maintain accurate person centered records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Facilitate communication between person centered, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Assist in the management of medical supplies and inventory. Provide support in the preparation of medical documentation and reports. Address person centered inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve person centered care processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in health administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
