This position will operate under the Switchback Counseling Services organization, which is a non-profit arm of Benjamin Holmes Counseling, PLLC. The mission of Switchback Counseling Services is to make high quality mental health care accessible and affordable to all Tennesseans.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Neurofeedback Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in administering neurofeedback sessions, monitor patients during treatment, and ensure the smooth operation of neurofeedback equipment. This role requires prior experience working in a medical office setting and at least an Associate’s degree.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate neurofeedback equipment. Administer neurofeedback sessions under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. Monitor patient progress and provide guidance throughout the session. Maintain patient records and session documentation. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment. Communicate effectively with patients and team members. Adhere to all safety protocols and clinic policies.

Qualifications :

Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field (healthcare, psychology, neuroscience, etc.). Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with technology and patient care software.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in neurofeedback, EEG, or related fields. Experience with patient care or customer service in a healthcare environment.

Work Schedule :
